Orders
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before the items in the order are ready to be shipped if you contact us using our inquiry form.
Please note that we are unable to process cancellations once the order is ready to be shipped.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on shipping area, package dimensions and weight. You can check the costs on your checkout.
Customs duties and other taxes vary by shipping area, and we are unable to provide estimates in advance. Please check with the shipping company and pay any customs duties or taxes directly upon receipt of your shipment.
We usually ship orders within 7 days of receipt.
*We do not ship on weekends and other days on which we are closed.
However, this does not apply to out-of-stock items, back-order items, pre-order items, or when coupons are used. If you are in a hurry, please confirm the delivery date via our inquiry form before placing your order.
Shipping will be via DHL or EMS.
We are sorry, but you cannot specify a delivery date and time.
In principle, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of items that have been shipped, except for items for which we bear responsibility.
In the unlikely event that a delivered item is defective or damaged, please contact us using our inquiry form within 10 days of delivery. We will exchange or otherwise deal with the problem, and we will bear any shipping expenses.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
1. Items that have already been used (except defective items)
2. Items that have been scratched, stained, or damaged by the customer
3. Items that have been shipped more than 10 days ago
4. Customer-related reasons, such as items that do not meet the customer's expectations.

We do not issue receipts or delivery slips. Instead, we will provide payment notifications from a payment service provider.
Regarding delivery slips (statements), we issue a shipping information email when your order is shipped in lieu of a delivery slip.
