We’re inviting customers from all over the world to test out KING JIM products and tell us what you think!
It’s super easy — just try the product and share your feedback through a short survey.

If you’re selected, we’ll send you a discount code to get one of our featured items for free. After you’ve received it, we’ll follow up with a quick survey by email. We’d love to hear your thoughts!

How to Join

1. Click the popup at the bottom left of the page that says "Want to try our new products for free?"
   
2. Enter your name and email address, and select the product you want to receive. Then enter the send button.
   
3. That’s it! You’re in.
   If you’re chosen, we’ll email you with the good news — just let us know which product you’d like to try.

If You’re Selected

Use your code to order the product you picked.

Here’s how:

1. You’ll receive a discount code by email.
2. Add the product you want to try to your cart, just like a regular purchase.
   
3. At checkout, enter the discount code you received.
   
4. The price of the selected product will be reduced to free!
   

Note: Even if you add multiple units of the same item to your cart, only one of each eligible product will be free.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes are on you, but if your total order is over ¥10,000, shipping is free!
